When you request a consultation, we collect your name, phone number, email, the areas you would like to improve, whether you have had nose surgery or filler before, and your preferred contact time. We use this only to respond to your request and arrange your care. It is stored in our secure patient communication system.

Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools may receive your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you visit and how you arrived (for example, ad click identifiers and campaign tags). We also keep a first-party record of how you first and last arrived at the site so we know which advertising works.

What we never share with advertising platforms

We do not send your form answers or any health details to Google, Meta or other advertising platforms. When you submit a request, we only tell them that a request happened. To measure ads accurately, Google may receive a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your email and phone number, which cannot be read as plain text.

We use information to contact you, provide care, improve this site and measure advertising. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our communication and hosting providers, or when required by law.
